四川某地难选赤铁矿选矿研究

The Study of Difficult Selectivity Hematite in Sichuan Province

我国铁矿石主要特点是"贫"、"细"、"杂",这种特性在很大程度加大了选矿难度。本文在矿石性质分析的基础上对四川某地难选赤铁矿进行选矿试验研究,原矿品位为40.16%在经过重选-浮选联合流程处理后,分别可以得到品位为53.74%、55.34%,回收率为46.96%、31.93%的重选精矿和浮选精矿,指标优良、药剂制度简单具有一定的经济价值。

The main characteristics of iron ore in China are"lean","thin"and"miscellaneous".Based on the analysis of ore properties,the experimental study on the beneficiation of hematite in a certain place in sichuan province was carried out.After the combined process of gravity separation and flotation,the heavy concentrate and flotation concentrate with a grade of40.16%can be obtained respectively with a grade of50.02%and50.34%,recovery rate of48.68%and31.55%.The system with good indexes has simple economic value.
