摘要
针对现有的建筑设计方案大多无法实现资源共享以及信息交互困难等问题,文中提出了一种将BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术应用于BIPV(Buiding Integrated Photovoltaic)领域中的设计方案。以南宁某公司的光伏建筑为例,运用BIM技术,在Revit2016中创建模型并结合Ecotect软件进行模拟分析,对比分析了光伏屋顶近6个月的模拟数据与实测数据以验证BIM技术的准确性。结果表明,大气传输系数m值设置为0或者0. 25时,光伏屋顶的模拟发电量与实测数据最为接近,误差均在5%以内。研究结果可为日后南宁地区光伏建筑应用BIM技术提供一定的理论依据,也可为BIM技术应用于BIPV领域提供一种新思路。
In order to solve the problem that resources can not be shared and information can not be delivered in time in the existing architectural design schemes,a method for using building information modeling technology in the building information modeling field was put forward.Taking a photovoltaic villa in Nanning as an example,the BIM technology was used to create the model in Revit 2016 and the simulation results were analyzed by using Ecotect software.The simulation data and experiment measured data of photovoltaic roof about 6 months were compared to analyze the accuracy of BIM technology.The results show that the simulated generation capacity of PV roof is the closest to the measured data when the value of atmospheric transmission coefficient m is set to 0 or 0.25,its error is within 5%.It provides a theoretical basis for the future application of BIM technology in Nanning area,and also make certain contributions to the research of BIM technology in the field of BIPV.
