上肢瘫痪肢体康复训练的刺激电极贴附“处方”设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对瘫痪肢体电刺激康复训练中寻找个体体表的电极定位贴附较困难问题,文章提出了使用基于经穴部位国家标准的刺激位点定位方法来确定上肢手腕部各康复动作对应的刺激位点。该定位方法采用"骨度"折量寸定位法先预先为每个人定义"寸"的概念,即将个体的肘横纹至腕掌纹长度定位12"寸"对应于其实际前臂长度。因此将电极贴附位置中的个体差异转换为标准的"寸",从而使最后得到的基于"寸"为单位的刺激位点位置,并进行与中医穴位的关联对比研究,从而更具有指导和参考意义,即称之为医学中的"处方"。文章使用双通道"肢动仪"进行刺激实验,并确定了指伸、指屈、腕伸、腕屈、尺偏、桡偏、旋前和旋后八个动作以"寸"为单位的"处方"设计。 In view of the difficulty in finding the electrode location on the body surface of the paralyzed limbs during the rehabilitation training by electrical stimulation,in this paper,a method based on the national standard of acupoint location is proposed to locate the stimulation sites corresponding to the rehabilitation actions of the upper extremities and wrists.In this method,the concept of"inch"is defined for each person in advance using the method of"bony size".That is to say,12"inches"of the length from elbow stripe to carpal print correspond to the actual length of forearm.Therefore,the individual difference in the electrode attachment position is converted into the standard"inch",so that the final"inch"-based stimulation point is obtained,and the correlation study with the traditional Chinese medicine acupoints is carried out.Thus,it is more instructive and referential.It is called"prescription"in medicine.In this paper,the stimulation experiment was carried out using a two-channel"limb motion instrument",and the"prescription"design of the eight movements of finger extension,finger flexion,wrist extension,wrist flexion,ulnar deviation,radial deviation,pronation and supination was designed in the unit of"inch"
