摘要 为了确保海上石油开采的顺利进行、保证作业人员安全和保护环境,在不影响日常作业情况下,使用无人潜水器(ROV)携带交流场法(ACFM)检测设备进行金属构件腐蚀缺陷检测和数据采集,可实现数据实时显示和全年对比,可实现石油平台全生命周期管理,为石油平台设施风险评估体系评估提供大数据支持。文章主要介绍交流场法(ACFM)检测原理、检测方法及其海上石油平台金属构件腐蚀缺陷离线检测的应用。 In order to guarantee the smooth progress of offshore oil exploitation,ensure the safety of operators and protect the environment,without affecting daily operations,the corrosion defect detection and data acquisition of metal components can be carried out using an unmanned remote operated vehicle(ROV)with detection equipment through alternating current field measurement(ACFM),which can realize real-time display and year-round comparison of data as well as life cycle management of oil platform,thus providing big data support for the risk assessment system of oil platform facilities.This paper mainly introduces the inspection principle and method of ACFM as well as the application of off-line inspection of corrosion defects of metal components in offshore oil platform.
