摘要
在虚拟环境中利用Process Designer完成国内A车型的前期工艺规划方案制定和三维建模的建模方法,以国内A车型为案例,建立了标准的工艺数据库,为后续调取资源提供了技术保障,通过前期的三维规划建模,实现了设备的可视化,平衡了各工位之间的工作量,完善了设备的利用率,缩短了生产线的布局时间,降低了在现场布线的成本,加快了新车型的上市周期。
In the virtual environment,Process Designer is used to complete the modeling method of pre-process planning scheme and three-dimensional modeling of domestic A-class vehicle model.Taking domestic A-class vehicle model as a case,a standard process database is established,which provides technical guarantee for subsequent resource allocation.The visualization of the equipment is realized,the workload among the work stations is balanced,the utilization ratio of the equipment is improved,the layout time of the production line is shortened,and the cost of the wiring in the field is reduced through the 3D planning modeling in the early stage,thus speeding up the launch cycle for new models.
