摘要
自旋电子学器件在航天、军事等高科技领域,甚至在智能家电、通讯等民用领域都有广泛的利用,因此它也引起了科学家们越来越多的关注。我们将对D03型Mn_3Al块体合金的电子结构和磁性利用理论模拟计算方法进行研究。根据理论计算发现Mn_3Al合金不仅具有100%的自旋极化率而且还有半金属特性的电子结构。关于合金磁性计算研究表明它是完全反铁磁性材料。Mn_3Al合金是一种半金属完全反铁磁材料,所以研究Mn_3Al合金对自旋电子学器件的设计具有重要意义。
The prediction of the service life of mechanical equipment is an important work to ensure the continuity of production and the stability of the equipment.In the historical environment where the level of industrial science and technology is constantly strengthened,this prediction technology has been highly valued by the relevant scientific researchers.At the same time,many kinds of forecasting methods are derived while upgrading the traditional forecasting methods.Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the service life of mechanical equipment and the analysis of the prediction principle,this paper expounds a variety of prediction methods to provide a method reference for the application and upgrading of related technology.
