摘要
文章针对三废后处理及放射源生产用不锈钢热室壳体窥视窗部件加工结构特点,从窥视窗的展开放样、模具设计及压制成型等三个方面阐述其加工工艺的研究。
In the light of the structural characteristics of the components of stainless-steel hot-chamber shell peephole window used for the post-treatment of the three wastes(i.e.waste gas,waste water,and industrial residue)and the production of radioactive sources,this paper expounds the research on the processing technology of the peephole window from three aspects:the unfolding and lofting of the peephole window,the design of the mould and the pressing and shaping.
