基于增量分析法的配电网投资改造方案决策

针对配电网投资改造过程中存在的方案选择问题,提出在量化方案投资成本与收益后,选择适当的可接受回报率,利用增量分析法进行方案选择,使配电网投资方案兼顾可靠性与经济性,为配电网投资与可靠性决策分析提供了一种可行的解决方法。最后通过实际案例,说明了该方法的有效性。

In the light of the problem of scheme selection in the process of distribution network investment and reconstruction,this paper proposes that after quantifying the investment cost and income of the scheme,the appropriate acceptable rate of return should be selected,and the incremental analysis method be used to select the scheme.It makes the distribution network investment scheme take into account the reliability and economy,and provides a feasible solution to the distribution network investment and reliability decision analysis.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is illustrated by an example.
