房产测绘中测绘面积的质量控制研究

最近几年,在我国社会经济快速发展的背景下,社会生产力得到大幅度提升,房地产行业得到较快的发展。全国各大中小型城市的房地产企业数量日益增加,而且随着土地资源化的出现,人们逐渐关注房屋的所有权问题,而且也关乎房屋面积的测绘工作。同时,许多市民对房产测绘工作提出更高的要求,尤其是房屋面积测绘方面。文章首先介绍增强房产测绘中测绘面积质量控制的必要性,然后分析当前我国房产测绘中测绘面积存在的主要问题,最后提出房产测绘中测绘面积的质量控制措施。

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy in China,the social productivity has been greatly improved,and the real estate industry has been developed rapidly.The number of real estate enterprises in large,medium and small cities is increasing day by day,and with the emergence of land resources,people gradually pay attention to the ownership of houses,but also related to the mapping of housing area.At the same time,many citizens on the property mapping work put forward higher requirements,in particular,housing area mapping.This paper first introduces the necessity of strengthening the quality control of surveying and mapping area in real estate surveying and mapping,then analyzes the main problems existing in the surveying and mapping area of real estate surveying and mapping in our country,and finally puts forward the quality control measures of surveying and mapping area in real estate surveying and mapping.
