钢结构模板支撑体系施工技术措施

摘要 某综合建筑物的地上部分18层为悬空楼板钢结构,平面尺寸为9×9m,整个建筑物的高度为72.9m,如果该建筑物使用传统型的钢管扣件满堂脚手架进行施工,由于需要施工的高度超过了60m,那么就不可避免地存在着安全施工的风险,并且传统型的施工模式对于材料的周转、完工造成了极大的不便,因此在本工程施工过程中采用的是钢结构模板支撑体系施工技术,通过搭建必要的钢结构平台,能够为上部平台的顺利施工提供便捷性条件,有助于提供建筑物施工的效率和安全性。文章通过介绍钢结构模板支撑体系在施工过程中的应用,阐明了钢结构模板支撑体系施工技术不仅具有安全可靠的施工优点,并且还能够显著地降低施工成本和劳动强度,进而实现良好的社会效益和经济效益。 The aboveground part of a comprehensive building is a suspended slab steel structure with a plane size of 9×9m and a height of 72.9m.If the building is constructed with traditional steel pipe fasteners and full scaffolding,as the height of construction is more than 60m,the risk of safe construction inevitably exists,and the traditional construction mode causes great inconvenience to the turnover and completion of materials.Therefore,the construction technology of steel structure formwork support system is used in the construction process of this project.By building the necessary steel structure platform,it can provide convenient conditions for the smooth construction of the upper platform and help to provide efficiency and safety in the construction of buildings.By introducing the application of steel structure formwork support system in the construction process,this paper expounds that the construction technology of steel structure formwork support system not only has safe and reliable construction advantages,but also can significantly reduce the construction cost and labor intensity,thus achieving good social and economic benefits.
