ZQL超前支架在综采一次采全高工作面的应用

综采一次采全高工作面超前支护,对工作面开采的安全至关重要。超前支护支架的应用,保证工作面安全、高效的开采。文章通过对某矿15106综采工作面条件分析,介绍了超前支护支架在综采一次采全高工作面的应用,进风巷采用3组ZQL2*3650/29/50型超前支架维护顶板,回风巷采用4组ZQL2*3650/29/50型超前支架支护,使得工作面开采具备了良好的条件,大大减轻工人的劳动强度、提高回采效率。

It is very important for the safety of working face to support the full height working face in full mechanized coal mining at one time.The application of the forepoling support ensures the safe and efficient mining of the working face.Through analyzing the condition of 15106 fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine,this paper introduces the application of forepoling support in fully mechanized coal mining face of full height.Three groups of ZQL2*3650/29/50 forepoling support are used to maintain roof in air entry.Four groups of ZQL2*3650/29/50 forepoling support are used in the return air roadway,so that the working face has a good mining conditions,thus greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving mining efficiency.
