云南融入长江经济带建设的思考

Thoughts on the Integration of Yunnan Province into the Yangtze River Economic Belt

云南是长江上游的重要生态屏障,交通区位优势明显、资源得天独厚、生态地位突出、开放开发潜力巨大。面对国家长江经济带的战略部署,云南应当尽快融入其中并获得发展先机,勇当生态文明建设排头兵,高质量构建现代产业体系,培育对外开放新优势。

Yunnan Province is a crucial ecological shelter in the upper Yangtze River Basin.It has outstanding advantages in transportation natural resources,ecological conditions and great potential for development through openning up.In the face of the national strategy to develop the Yangze River Economic Belt,Yunnan Province shall take initatives to be integrated into the strategy in order to gain development opportunities as early as possible,Yunnan Province shall also take the lead in building ecological civilization,developing high-quality modern industrial systems,and fostering new advantages in opening to the outside world.
