摘要
本文阐述了大力发展天然气分布式能源替代燃煤发电,可减少燃煤电厂污染物排放、确保国家能源安全的战略意义,叙述了四川省发展天然气分布式能源的有利条件及天然气分布式能源项目发展现状,对存在政策不配套、电网企业没有发展天然气分布式能源内在动力、天然气市场化环境不足导致直供难以保障、盲目重复建设等问题,提出了针对性建议。
This paper expounds the strategic significance of developing natural gas distributed energy resources to reduce the emission of pollutants from coal-fired power plants(haze-inducing aerosol,greenhouse gas hydrogen sulfate,etc.)and ensure the national energy security.The paper also describes the favorable conditions and the status quo for developing natural gas distributed energy resources in Sichuan Province.The paper ends up with suggestions on existing problems,such as the lack of supporting policies,the lack of internal driving force to develop natural gas distributed energy resources,unsecured natural gas supply due to inadequate market environment and rampant replication of similar projects.
