摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)以其灵敏度高、分析精度高等特点,在环境监测领域有着广泛的影响,本文综述了近年来电感耦合等离子体质谱分析仪在环境监测中的研究进展,并对其应用进行了展望。
With the high sensitivity and high analysis precision,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has a wide range of influence in environmental monitoring analysis.This paper reviews the application of the ICP-MS in environmental monitoring in recent years,and its prospect is also reviewed.
