摘要 为了避免继电器触点粘接、触点不接触等问题引起的列车故障,设计了一种基于LCP1114的继电器测试电路.主要运用精密恒流源和动态电路,对铁路继电器的线圈电流、接点电阻等电气参数进行测试,以辅助继电器轮修工作.仿真结果表明:精密电流源电路具有高灵敏性和高稳定性,在小电压范围内精密电流源的输出与参考电压近似成正比.利用上述方案可以更加稳定和准确地测试出继电器的状态. In order to avoid the failure of relays caused by contact bonding of the relays and contacts without contact,a relay test circuit based on LCP1114was designed,mainly using a precision constant current source and a dynamic circuit,and the coil current,contact resistance,etc.of the railway relay.Electrical parameters are tested to assist in relay repair work.The simulation results show that the precision current source circuit has high sensitivity and high stability,and the output of the precision current source is approximately proportional to the reference voltage in a small voltage range.With the above solution,the state of the relay can be tested more stably and accurately.
