摘要
利用六速旋转黏度计、固相含量测量仪等仪器,研究了氯化钠含量对不分散钻井液性能的影响.结果表明:氯化钠可使不分散钻井液的密度、初切力、终切力和固相含量增加,但动切力降低,表观黏度、塑性黏度、流性指数及稠度系数先增大后减小.对该不分散钻井液体系来说,氯化钠含量最佳为5%左右,可实现较好的携岩和悬浮效果.
With the Six-speed rotating viscometer and Solid phase content measuring equipment,the effects of calcium carbonate on the non-dispersed mud properties were tested.The result showed that the addition of calcium carbonate to mud can increase the density,gel strength and solid content of the non-dispersed mud.But the yield value decreased,and the apparent viscosity,plastic viscosity and Flow pattern index as well as the consistency coefficient increased first and then decreased.For the non-dispersed mud studied,to realize the cut bring and suspension,the best content of calcium carbonate was 5%.
