基于CFD分析的壁面粗糙度对轴流泵水力性能的影响研究

摘要 为探讨壁面粗糙度对轴流泵水力性能的影响,本文通过对一轴流泵设置光滑壁面和不同粗糙度的壁面,基于CFD软件,雷诺时均方程,标准k-e模型,通过仿真计算得到了轴流泵在光滑壁面与粗糙壁面影响下的性能差别,并通过压力云图对比分析了叶片压力面、吸力面及叶栅通道内部的压力分布得到粗糙壁面影响下的轴流泵的压力及轴功率变化。指出壁面粗糙度通过影响边界层的流动,进而影响到了轴流泵近壁面的压力分布从而改变轴流泵的相应特性。 In order to investigate the influence of wall roughness on the hydraulic performance of axial flow pump,this paper presents a method of setting the smooth wall surface and the wall with different roughness.Based on CFD software,Renault mean time equation and standard k-e model,the pressure distribution of the axial pressure pump under the influence of the smooth wall and the rough wall is analyzed,and the pressure distribution inside the blade pressure surface,the suction surface and the cascade channel is analyzed by the pressure cloud diagram.The pressure of the axial flow pump under the influence of the rough wall and power change are obtained.It is pointed out that the wall roughness changes the pressure distribution of the axial wall by affecting the flow of the boundary layer,thus changing the corresponding characteristics of the axial flow pump.
