摘要
针对机械类课程在教学过程中教学内容抽象、教学方法不直观和教学实践性强等特点,采用现代信息技术对机械类课程中复杂产品设计、机械加工过程、机械振动控制以及加工表面质量等知识点进行建模和仿真,以数学模型、力学模型及控制模型为基础,以仿真数据和实验数据的图形可视化为量化效果,有效提高教学质量并增强教学直观性。通过该类课程改革与实践,充分体现教学与科研有效结合、虚拟与实验紧密结合,使学生能够真正感受和理解工程实际设备及装备的原理及工作过程,明确掌握机械类课程的基本概念的真实含义,以提高学生对该课程的学习兴趣和对课程内容深刻正确理解与掌握程度,并为该课程全面提高教学质量奠定基础。
Aiming at these characteristics of the abstract teaching contents,the intuitive teaching method and the strong practice in the course entitled Mechanical Manufacturing Technology Fundament.Modeling and simulating is taken by using the modern information technology for the surface quality and vibration in the machinery manufacturing,metal cutting,grinding and machining process in this paper.With the curriculum reform and practice,the effective of teaching and research,and the virtual experiment will be fully integrated.This can enable students to truly feel and understand t he principle of engineering equipment and the working process,and help students clearly grasp the real meaning of the basic concepts of mechanical manufacturing process in order to improve their learning interest on this course and the profoundly correct understanding of this course and the degree of mastery.It is also laid the foundation of improving the quality of teaching comprehensively.
