政府采购作为我国财政公共支出管理的重要部分,其招投标活动不规范是当前政府采购领域面临的一大问题。文章以毕节市的政府采购项目招投标为例,分析并总结了近3年中招标、投标、评标方面出现的问题,提出了相关建议,对完善政府采购招投标制度有一定的指导作用,对行业健康发展具有积极意义。
