大水矿山地下水的综合治理 被引量:4

摘要 中关铁矿是国内典型的水文地质条件复杂的大水矿山,矿坑水患一直是制约矿山开发的关键因素。经过近十年的治水经历,矿山走出了一条以防治结合、综合利用为主线的绿色环保、可持续发展的治水之路。其防治措施主要包括:矿体周侧全封闭帷幕注浆工程,阻断了矿坑水与区域地下水80%的水力联系;矿山井巷系统局部地表预注浆工程,使井巷掘砌工作涌水量≤10 m^3/h,确保了井巷工程的顺利掘砌;矿坑水回灌工程,将帷幕内剩余20%的矿坑水回灌至帷幕外地下含水层,最大限度地保护了地下水资源。上述三步治水过程,实现了矿山地下水零排放的目标,为实现邢台地区"还邢台青山绿水,走生态发展之路"和打造"山水泉城、魅力邢襄"的战略规划做出了矿山应有的责任。 Zhongguan iron mine is a typical mine with rich water and complex hydrogeological conditions in China,and mine water disaster has been a key factor restricting mine development.After nearly a decade of water treatment,the mine has found a green and sustainable way to combine prevention with control and comprehensive utilization.The measures include:The fully enclosed curtain grouting project around the orebody has blocked the hydraulic connection between the mine water and80%regional groundwater;the local surface pre-grouting engineering of mine tunnel engineering ensures the smooth excavation with water inflow less than or equal to 10m^3/h;through the mine water recharge project,the remaining 20%of mine water in the curtain is recharged to the underground aquifer outside the curtain,thus protecting the groundwater resources to the maximum extent.The above three-step water control process has achieved the goal of zero discharge of groundwater in mine,and has made responsibility for realizing the strategic planning of“returning the green mountains and rivers to Xingtai and take the ecological development road"and"creating the springs city and charming Xingxiang”.
