河钢宣钢降低烧结固体燃耗生产实践

摘要 针对2014年以来河钢宣钢烧结固体燃耗有所升高的问题,通过优化入烧结构,稳定原燃料质量,实施厚料层生产,降低入烧混合料水分,加强系统漏风治理等一系列整改措施,取得了良好的效果。河钢宣钢烧结机固体燃耗逐步降低,两年内降幅达到4. 18 kg/t。 The solid fuel consumption of sintering has been increased since2014.A series of measures have been taken to solve the problem such as improving the sintering structure,stabilizing the quality of raw materials and fuels,adopting thick-bed production,reducing the moisture content of the mixture,and strengthening the control of air leakage in the system.And the good results have been achieved.The solid fuel consumption of sinter in Xuansteel has gradually decreased,which reaches4.18kg/t in two years.
