摘要
荣地水电站增机扩容工程由进水口、发电引水隧洞、调压井、厂房及开关站组成。引水隧洞进行试充水过程中发现竖井段及下平段出现了衬砌破坏带、裂缝、漏水等现象,并发现多处露筋、脱空、木模板未拆除且有蜂窝麻面,需要进行加固处理。介绍了发电引水隧洞加固设计,主要包括加固方案比选、管径比选、管材比选和原衬砌钢筋混凝土加固设计。
Rongdi Hydropower Station Expansion Project consists of intake,power diversion tunnel,surge tank,powerhouse and switch station.In the course of trial filling of diversion tunnel,lining damage,cracks,leakage,exposed reinforcement bars,concrete separation,wooden formworks remained not removed,voids and pits on concrete surface were found at the shaft section and the lower horizontal section of tunnel,so reinforcement was required.An introduction was made on the reinforcement design of power diversion tunnel,mainly including comparison and selection f reinforcement schemes,pipe diameter and materials as well as the reinforcement of original reinforced concrete lining.
