An introduction was made on the composition and function of computer supervision and control system of Youjiang Hydropower Plant,based on which the authors discuss the necessity of CSCS upgrade,present the hardware selection for upper-level unit upgrade,modification of communication processor as well as main parameters and functions,software updating and testing of upper-level unit.
