哺乳幼獐大肠杆菌和松鼠葡萄球菌混合感染的病原鉴定及诊治初报 被引量:5

Identification,Diagnosis and Treatment of Mixed Infection of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus sciuri in Sucking Chinese Water Deer

摘要 为找出某养獐场哺乳幼獐发病死亡的原因,无菌采集2头发病哺乳幼獐的肺脏和肝脏组织,涂擦接种于胰大豆蛋白胨琼脂平板,37℃培养一定时间后共分离到2种疑似病原菌,经革兰氏染色镜检、培养特性观察和全自动微生物分析仪检测,鉴定为大肠杆菌和松鼠葡萄球菌。对分离菌进行药敏试验,并根据结果对病獐选择头孢曲松钠(按体质量20mg/kg,每日2次)连续肌注4d,同时每日灌服白龙散煎剂(主要成分为白头翁、龙胆、黄连,每日2次),4d后病獐康复。对同窝其他未发病幼獐采用头孢曲松钠(按体质量20mg/kg,每日2次)连续肌注3d进行预防,同时在母獐饲料中添加白龙散,并加强消毒和卫生管理,最终治愈该养獐场的发病幼獐并有效控制本病的进一步发生。 To find out the death reasons of sucking Chinese water deer in a farm,lung and liver tissues were collected by strict aseptic manipulation from2dead sucking deer,and were inoculated on pancreatic soy peptone agar plate.After being cultured in37℃for some time,2kinds of suspected pathogens were isolated and identified as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus sciuri according to Gram stain microscopy,culture characteristic observation,and the determination result of automatic microorganism analyzer.Drug sensitivity test for the two pathogens was carried out respectively.According to the results of drug sensitivity test,the diseased deer was injected intramuscularly with ceftriaxone sodium(20mg/kg body mass,twice a day)and intragastric administrated of Bailongsan,a Chinese herbal compound(composed of pulsatilla chinensis,gentiana and coptis chinensis,twice a day)for4consecutive days,and the diseased deer was cured and recovered after4days.For those unaffected sucking deer in the same nest,the ceftriaxone sodium(20mg/kg body mass,twice a day)was injected intramuscularly for3consecutive days to prevent the occurrence of the disease.Meanwhile,Bailongsan was added to the feed of the mother deer,and disinfection and hygiene management were also strengthened.After these measures,the sick sucking deer were cured,and furtherly,occurrence of the disease was prevented.
