摘要
师范类专业认证是我国近年来实施的一项教师教育人才培养质量提升的改革举措,教师教育人才培养单位在这一过程面临着挑战和机遇。厘清专业定位、深入开展课程建设、多层面开展教育合作与实践、建立人才高地及完善管理和激励机制五方面是提升教师教育人才培养质量的有效路径。
Teacher education professional accreditation is a reform measure to improving teacher education quality of talent in recent years,teacher education Talent development institutions faces challenges and opportunities in this process.Through the implementation of this work,How to improve teacher education talent quality of talent is the care key.This article attempts to clarify the professional orientation,carry out education cooperation at multiple levels,carrying out in-depth curriculum construction and develop education cooperation at multiple levels,at the same time,establish the talent highland and improving the management and incentive mechanism.All of this is proposed to improve the effectiveness of teacher education talent training.
