摘要
对不同拉伸温度和热定型温度制得的聚酯薄膜样品进行湿热老化降解研究,结果表明:相同定型温度时,100℃拉伸制得薄膜样品的粘度降和粘度降速度常数小于110℃拉伸制得的薄膜,断裂伸长保持率大于110℃拉伸制得的薄膜。相同拉伸温度时,随着定型温度提高,粘度降和粘度降速度常数、熔融热焓增长速率呈先降低后增大趋势。
Hydrolytic-thermal aged BOPET film samples producing with different stretch and heat setting temperatures were investigated.The result showed that at same heat-setting temperatures,intrinsic viscosity loss and viscosity drop speed constant of the PET film samples stretched at100℃were less than those of stretched at110℃,and breaking elongation retention were greater than those of stretched at110℃.At same stretch temperatures,with heat-setting temperatures increasing,intrinsic viscosity loss,viscosity drop speed constant and melting enthalpy increasing rates showed the tendency declining at the beginning and rising up in late.
