聚氨酯/甲壳素纳米晶须复合材料的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 采用酸解法制备了甲壳素纳米晶须(CNW),并将其分散在聚氨酯(PU)基体中,制备了PU/CNW复合膜。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重分析仪(TG)和力学试验机对CNW和PU/CNW的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,引入少量CNW并在PU基体中分散均匀,对PU具有明显的增强作用。当CNW含量为0. 5%时,PU/CNW复合膜的断裂强度提升了36. 8%。当CNW含量为2%时,PU/CNW复合膜的最大热降解温度(Tmax)提高了10. 7℃。 In this study,chitin nano-whiskers(CNW)were prepared and the polyurethane/chitin nano-whisker nanocomposites were prepared.The morphologies of CNW and the thermal stability and mechanical strength of PU/CNW nanocomposite films were studies by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetry(TG)and mechanical testing machine.The results showed that addition of small amount of CNW and its well dispersion in PU matrix were conducive to enhance the properties of PU,such as the thermal stability and mechanical property.When CNW content was0.5%,the tensile strength of PU/CNW film increased by36.8%,and when CNW content was2%,the maximum thermal degradation temperature(T max)of PU/CNW film increased by10.7℃.
