摘要
采用正丁醇/Na3PO4盐析萃取体系提取水溶液中1,3-丙二醇(简称1,3-PDO),探讨了温度、Na3PO4浓度、相比及搅拌速率对分配系数和1,3-PDO回收率的影响,确定了温度、Na3PO4浓度及相比为主要影响因素,并运用响应面进行优化,在合理的工艺条件范围内,以1,3-PDO回收率为响应值,计算得出最佳萃取条件为温度:325. 7 K、Na3PO4浓度0. 21g/m L、相比2. 9,此时1,3-丙二醇的回收率预测值为77. 3%,经过实验验证,该条件下,1,3-丙二醇的实际回收率为77. 0%,证明优化预测值准确,模型可靠。
Salting-out extraction system composed of n-butyl alcohol/Na3PO4was used to separate1,3-propanediol from aqueous solution.The effect of four factors such as temperature,concentration of Na3PO4,phase ratio and stirring speed on distribution coefficient and the yield of1,3-PDO were discussed.The factors temperature,concentration of Na3PO4and phase ratio were verified significant.Response surface methodology was applied in the optimization of the significant factors within reasonable process conditions.The optimal parameters were obtained,namely,the temperature325.7K,the concentration of Na3PO40.21g/mL,the phase ratio2.9.Under these conditions,1,3-propanediol was enriched in the phase of n-butyl alcohol.The predicted yield of1,3-PDO was77.3%,meanwhile,the experimental yield of1,3-PDO was77.0%.The result reflected that these optimal parameters were accurate and reliable.
