摘要
根据PU1000聚合装置新系统的工艺流程,采用浙大中控的ECS-100集散控制系统进行技术改造,对聚合流程的各个控制点进行I/O登记和硬件架构的组合,按照安全、可靠、便于操作的原则进行编程和组态设计,达到了控制精确、优化工艺、运行稳定的效果。
According to the new process of PU1000polyplant control system,we transformed the ECS100distributed control system by SUPCON.All control points of the polymerization process were registered by I/O and combined with the hardware structure.We programmed and configured the system in accordance with the principles of safety,reliability and easy operation.So it was a precise control,optimized process and stable operation.
