摘要
为了对化妆品中铅含量的测定方法进行可行性验证,采用微波消解仪对样品进行消解,并使用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定化妆品中的铅含量.结果表明,铅含量在1. 0~40. 0 ng/m L范围呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0. 999 6,方法检出限0. 019 mg/kg,定量限0. 057 mg/kg,精密度为0. 7%,回收率为92. 8%~103. 8%,达到预期的研究目的.说明该方法具有良好的精密度、准确度和重现性,灵敏度较好,可用于化妆品中铅含量的测定.
To verify the feasibility of the method of microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of lead in cosmetics,the samples are digested with microwave digestion apparatus and measured by Graphite Furnace temperature control program to determine the content of lead in cosmetics.The result showed that the lead content presents positive linear relation in the range of1.0-40.0ng/mL,with the correlation coefficient r=0.9996,the limit of detection0.019mg/kg,the limit of quantitation0.057mg/kg,the precision degree0.7%,and the recovery range from92.8%-103.8%and achieves the desired purpose of verification.This method is simple and quick with good precision and accuracy and it can be used as a method for the determination of lead in cosmetics.
