摘要
为有效解决城市与乡村优质教学资源配置不均衡的问题,立足于云南省城市与乡村优质教学资源共享共建创新机制的探讨,通过研究政策,探索机制及应用模式等方面的创新,形成多元化的优质教学资源体系,逐步缩小城乡差距,实现城市优质教学资源与乡村共享,构建"课堂用、经常用、普遍用"的信息化教学新常态,从而促进城乡教学资源配置最优化及多元化.
In order to solve effectively the problem of unbalanced allocation of high quality teaching resources between urban and rural areas,based on the study on the innovation mechanism of building and sharing the high quality teaching resources in cities and villages of Yunnan province,through exploring actively the innovation policy,mechanism and application mode,a diversified quality teaching resource system was formed to reduce gradually the urban-rural gap,realize the high-quality urban teaching resources shared with rural areas.The new normalization of information teaching mode,“applying in classroom frequently and commonly”is constructed to promote the optimization and diversification of the allocation of urban-rural teaching resources.
