高职教育推进“校企合作”再认识

Further Understanding of Higher Vocational Education Promoting “School-enterprise Cooperation”

职业院校走"产教融合、校企合作"育人之路,始终是国家教育政策的重大指向。尽管从示范到优质建设取得了扶优培强的合作成绩,但高职整体合作效果并不乐观。表现为政府、学校、企业责任落实不到位,供给侧与需求侧的利益协调不畅,学校与企业相互需求动力不足,人才培养环节缺少企业元素。因此,政府要营造劳动光荣、技术可贵、创造伟大的社会氛围,建立第三方评价体系,落实奖惩;校方要使育人内涵对标企业元素,面向技术与市场;企业要履行好主体责任,与高职育人链、科技链有机衔接,形成合力。

It has always been a major point of national education policy for vocational colleges and universities to take the road of"integration of production and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises"in educating.Although the cooperation between demonstration and high quality construction has been achieved,the overall cooperation effect of higher vocational education is not optimistic.It shows that the responsibility of government,school and enterprise is not carried out,the benefit coordination between supply side and demand side is not smooth,the mutual demand motive force between school and enterprise is insufficient,and the personnel training link is short of enterprise elements.Therefore,it is necessary for the government create a social atmosphere of respecting glorious craftsmen and valuable technology,establish a third party evaluation system and implement rewards and punishments,while the school make the educating connotation target the enterprise elements and face the technology and the market;and the enterprises fulfill their main responsibility of linking higher vocational education chain with chain of science and technology to form a joint force.
