摘要
目的:建立完善并提高复方金钱草丸的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对复方金钱草丸处方中肉桂、金钱草、延胡索、五味子等药味进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对处方君药金钱草药材中槲皮素的含量进行测定。结果:在TLC色谱中,可鉴别制剂中的肉桂、金钱草、延胡索、五味子;槲皮素在0.029 1～0.726 6 mg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000(n=6);样品中槲皮素的平均加样回收率为98.24%(RSD=0.92%,n=6)。结论:此方法简便、准确性好,为控制复方金钱草丸的质量提供了科学的依据。
Objective:To establish the quality standard method of compound Jinqiancao pills.Methods:The thin layer chromatography(TLC)method was used to identify cinnamomi,herba lysimachiae,rhizoma corydalis and fructus schisandrae chinensis.The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was applied to determine the contents of quercetin in compound Jinqiancao pills.Results:Cinnamomi,herba lysimachiae,rhizoma corydalis and fructus schisandrae chinensis could be identified by TLC.Quercetin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.029 1– 0.726 6 mg(r=1.000,n=6).The average recovery of quercetin was 98.24%(RSD=0.92%,n=6).Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate,which could provide scientific evidence for quality control of compound Jinqiancao pills.
