摘要
旋挖桩施工工艺因其适用广、高效、环保等特点而被誉为"绿色施工工艺",近年来得到了极大推广。文章通过工程实例介绍了高地下水位、富水砂、卵石条件下的极软岩中旋挖扩底灌注桩的工程措施,总结和分析了该条件下旋挖桩的扩底稳定问题。该工程采用袖阀管注浆与旋挖桩组合成桩工艺,克服了复杂地质条件塌孔严重、成桩效率低、桩基质量不易控制等技术难题,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。
Rotary drilling pile is known as“green construction technology”with the advantage of widerange of application,high efficiency and environmental protection,which is being promoted in recent years.Based on engineering example,the callapse and stability problems of base expansion of rotary drilling piles in soft rock under high underground water level are summarized and analyzed in this paper.The technical problems such as pile hole collapse,low efficiency and the quality of piles uneasy to control in complex conditions had been overcome by combining injection tube grouting with rotary digging pile.It is guidable to the similar project.
