摘要
高职院校将实践性、开放性作为人才培养模式改革的重点,实验室作为实践性教学的主要阵地,充分发挥其效能是提高教学质量的关键。该文介绍了学校实验室开放式管理试点的工作情况,回顾总结三年的试点工作,阐述了实验室开放式管理取得的成绩与不足,并提出从学生和教师两个主体着手,用外力驱动和自身引领来提高实验室开放式管理的自主性,以及其他一些行之有效的建议。
Vocational colleges always take practicality and openness as the focus of the talent training mode reform.It is imperative to implement opening laboratory management.The author introduces the opening management status of the school laboratory,reviews the pilot work of past three years,and introduce the achievements and deficiency from opening management with detailed data.This article suggests that the improve of laboratory opening management autonomy is driven by external force and itself from students and teachers.Some other effective suggestions are put forward also in this article.
