炉内氧化对热镀锌镀层附着力的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用扫描电镜、聚集离子束和X-射线光电子能谱分析仪对热镀锌板氧化界面进行了分析。这种缺陷在带钢上下表面表现形式不同,一面镀层结合力好,一面镀层结合力差,冲压时发生镀层剥落。分析表明,缓冷段单侧气体吹扫带钢进行冷却时有漏气情况,氧含量波动,带钢单侧发生氧化,形成连续的氧化物薄膜,厚度约19nm。导致带钢与锌液反应未形成有效的Fe-Al阻挡层,镀层结合力差。 Oxidation interface of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet was analyzed by using scan electron microscope (SEM), focused ion beam ( FIB) and X-Ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS). The coating defect has two different representations: one side good and the other bad adhesion. The results showed that, there was gas-leak in one side of the damper in slow cooling section, resulting in the oxidation of the side by the fluctuation of oxygen content, and the thickness of continuous Fe2O3 film was about 19nm. The film caused the lack of Fe-Al inhibition layer when the steel sheet dipped into zinc pot and resulted in bad coating adhesion.
