摘要
根据双曲拱桥结构受力特点,以黄冈三台河危桥控制爆破拆除案例为依托,阐述了桥梁爆破过程中相关参数的理论验算方法,以及通过在黄冈三台河危桥拆除爆破过程中合理采取了炮孔布置、爆破参数确定、起爆网路设计以及噪音、震动、飞石等专项爆破安全防护措施技术,实践证明,该桥成功实现了桥墩、墩帽、立墙和拱脚、拱顶的依次起爆,使爆破飞石及爆破振速得到有效控制,取得了较好的爆破效果。
According to the characteristics of stress of the arch bridge structure, this paper illustrates the theoretical method of the relevant parameters in the process of bridge blasting with the case of blasting demolition of HuangGang Santai river bridge. In the process, safety protection technology of blast hole arrangement, determination of blasting parameters, blasting network design, noise, vibration, rock sand blasting were effectively employed. It is practically proved that pier, pier cap, vertical wall and the blasting flying rock sand vibration velocity were effectively controlled,which achieved an ideal blasting result.
