摘要 在国家确立的大力发展职业教育的战略背景下,我国职业教育迎来了高速发展,并取得了举世瞩目的成绩,但是职业教育在快速发展的同时也暴露了一系列问题,比如管理体制僵化、办学形式封闭、发展活力不足等问题,在全面深化改革背景下,国家适时出台相关政策鼓励探索发展股份制、混合所有制职业院校,文中阐明了我国职业教育混合所有制改革的现实意义和必要性,探讨了高职院校混合所有制改革的悖论,进一步分析和研究了在深入改革过程中破解这些悖论的一些途径和方法。 Under the background of the country's vigorous development of vocational education, China's vocational education has ushered in rapid development and achieved remarkable results. However, a series of problems, such as rigid management system, closed school-running mode and lack of vitality emerged in the process. Under the background of comprehensive and deep reform, the state has introduced relevant policies to encourage the exploration and development of joint-stock systems and mixed-ownership vocational colleges. This paper clarifies the practical significance and necessity of the reform of mixed-ownership education in vocational education in China. It discusses the paradox of mixed ownership reform in vocational colleges, and further analyzes some methods to solve these paradoxes in the process of in-depth reform.
