高职院校参与精准扶贫的政产教融合模式探讨

Integration Model of Government,Enterprises and Vocational Colleges in Precise Poverty Alleviation

高职院校参与精准扶贫不仅要教授贫困学子就业创业的技能,还需要通过整合利用政府和企业的资源,实现多方联动融合,帮助贫困学子"上得起学、学有所成、学有所用"。提出"政产教融合"模式,并基于高职院校的视角,进一步探讨在招生、资助、培养和就业等环节的策略措施,为高职院校参与精准扶贫提供借鉴。

Poverty alleviation should start with education which is a key approach of poverty alleviation to get poor regions out of poverty once and for all. It is obligatory for vocational colleges to participate in precise poverty alleviation since they are a crucial part of vocational education. Not only should vocational colleges teach poor students the skills to start a business or to find a job, they should also make use of resources from government and enterprises to ensure that students from poor families "can afford college education, can learn well and can make full use of their education". Thus, this paper proposes the integration model of government, enterprises and vocational colleges from the view of vocational colleges to explore measures in the process of enrollment, financial aid, talent cultivation and employment, providing reference to vocational colleges in precise poverty alleviation.
