摘要
为拓宽糯玉米育种种质资源,对新选自交系的合理应用提供理论依据。采用不完全双列杂交设计,以新选育的10个糯玉米自交系(N_1~N_(10))为母本,引进的4个自交系(T_1~T_4)为父本,配置组合进行配合力及遗传参数分析。结果表明,不同自交系同一性状的一般配合力相对效应值有很大差异,同一自交系不同性状的一般配合力相对效应值也有很大差异,特殊配合力高的组合,其双亲或者1个亲本的一般配合力可能较高;特殊配合力低的组合,其双亲或者1个亲本的一般配合力也可能较低。N_1、N_2、N_6在产量、品质等主要性状一般配合力表现较好,可直接利用;N_3、N_4、N_5、N_7、N_8、N_9、N_(10)可在改良后再利用。穗长、行粒数等性状宜在早代进行选择,播种至抽丝期、播种至散粉期、品质等性状适宜在晚代进行选择。
The combining ability and genetic parameter of combinations from 10 waxy maize inbred lines(N1-N10)×4 introduced inbred lines(T1-T4)were analyzed to broadening germplasm resources for breeding of waxy maize and provide the theoretical basis for rational application of new inbred lines.Result:There is a great difference in GCA relative effect of the same trait among different inbred lines and in GCA relative effect of different traits from the same inbred line.The combinations with high SCA may be from high GCA of parents or one parent but the combinations with low SCA may be from low GCA of parents or one parent.N1,N2 and N6 with high GCA of yield and quality can be directly used in breeding of waxy maize.N3,N4,N5,N7,N8,N9 and N10 should be used after improvement in breeding of waxy maize.The ear length and grains/row traits should be selected in early generation.The traits of days from sowing to silking stage,days from sowing to pollinating stage and quality should be selected in late generation.
