摘要
利用在891株行中发现的育性彻底质不育株与本行可育株授粉,将不育源保持下来,并通过自交、测交育成质不育两型系891AB(891AB的不育株无微粉,育性不受温度的影响)。再利用981AB的可育株作父本与具有可育胞质的5771R杂交,将质不育两型系891AB的不育基因导入可育胞质中,育成具有891AB不育基因的保质系9171B。利用9171B与891AB的不育株连续回交育成新质不育系9171A。新质不育系9171A育性彻底,育性不受温度影响。
A sterile plant found in 891 line was pollinated by the fertility plants in 891 line to maintain its sterile source and cytoplasmic sterile two-type line 891AB(the fertility of the sterile plant without micro-pollen is not affected by temperature)was bred by self-cross and test cross.The maintainer line 9171B with 891AB sterile gene was bred from 5771R with fertile cytoplasm×891AB fertile plant to transfer the sterile gene in cytoplasmic sterile two-type line 891AB to the fertile cytoplasm.9171A sterile line was bred from continuous backcross of 9171B sterile plant 891AB sterile plant.The fertility of 9171A with complete sterility is not affected by temperature.
