摘要
为艾纳香残渣资源的回收及进一步开发利用提供技术依据,采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken响应面法对艾纳香残渣总黄酮最佳提取工艺进行筛选。结果表明:总黄酮最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶62(g∶mL),乙醇体积分数75%,提取时间31min,超声功率400 W。在此条件下艾纳香残渣总黄酮提取率为4.62%,预测值和测定值平均偏差率为1.43%(<5%),采用响应面法优化艾纳香残渣总黄酮提取工艺稳定可行。
The extraction process of total flvonoids from Blumea balsamifera residue was optimized by the singe-factor test and Box-Behnken response surface method to provide the technical basis for recovery and further utilization of B.balsamifera residue.Result:The optimum process of total flvonoids from B.balsamifera residue includes solid/liquid ratio=1∶62(g∶mL),75%ethanol volume fraction,31 min extraction time and 400 W ultrasonic power.The extraction rate of total flavonoids from B.balsamifera residue reaches 4.62%under the optimum extraction process.The average variation rate between the predicted value and estimated value is 1.43%(<5%),which indicates that the optimized extraction process of total flvonoids from B.balsamifera residue is stable and feasible.
