摘要
为生物质燃烧机及其相关设备在后续推广应用中提供科学依据,以常规燃煤烤房为对照(CK),研究4种不同生物质燃烧机(2种外置式和2种内置式)在烟叶烘烤中的应用效果。结果表明:生物质能烤房供热设备(T_1~T_4)较常规燃煤烤房(CK)除环保优势较为明显外,其综合热效率较CK提高13%~15%,烟叶烘烤成本较CK降低0.10~0.15元/kg,烤后烟叶均价较CK提高1~3元/kg;其中,以T_2效果最好,除CO排量偏高外,其性能指标均较好,其中热效率为50.8%,烟叶烘烤成本为2.32元/kg,烤后烟叶上等烟比例为76.8%,烟叶均价为31.02元/kg,烤后烟叶协调性及评吸结果均较好。在烟区当前燃煤价格大幅上涨的情况下,生物质能烤房供热设备烟叶烘烤成本优势明显,具有较好的推广前景。
The application effect of four biomass energy burners(two external burners and two built-in burners)in tobacco curing was compared by using the conventional coal curing barn as CK to provide the scientific basis for application of biomass energy burners and related equipment in tobacco curing.Result:The comprehensive heat efficiency,curing cost and cured tobacco average price of four biomass energy burners(T 1-T 4)with obvious environmental protection advantages increase by 13%-15%,decrease by 0.10-0.15 Yuan/kg and raise by 1-3 Yuan/kg compared with CK respectively.The heat efficiency,curing cost,first-class cured tobacco proportion,cured tobacco average price,chemical components harmony and smoking quality of T 2 external biomass energy burner are 50.8%,2.32 Yuan/kg,76.8%,31.02 Yuan/kg,better and high level respectively but its CO emission volume is slightly high.The biomass energy burner with significant curing cost advantages is of the better popularization prospect because of coal price increasing in tobacco-growing area.
