人本主义视角下社会工作理论本土化的困境与建构

准确把握社会工作理论的思想内涵及发展定位有利于在新时代下推进社会工作的进一步完善。人本主义理论的核心是以人为本,关注人的自由与发展。新时代背景下我国本土化社会工作新的发展方向应当是以提升人的价值,促进人的发展为基础。人本主义理论在本土化过程中的困境根植于中国社会工作实践的经验、社会环境和本土意识之中,存在本土文化和社会工作实践的双重困境。因此,要从人本主义视角出发建构本土社会工作的价值观,深入理解和把握社会工作的实质,通过嵌入本土情境,构筑社会成员获得社会保护的理论基础,建构本土化的社会工作理论。

Accurately grasping the ideological connotation and development orientation of social work theory is conducive to the further improvement of social work in the new era.The core of humanistic theory is human-centered and concerned about human freedom and development.The new direction of development of localized social work in China under the background of the new era should be based on the promotion of human values and the promotion of human development.The plight of humanistic theory in the process of localization is rooted in the experience,social environment and local consciousness of Chinese social work practice.There is a dual dilemma of local culture and social work practice.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the values of local social work from the perspective of humanism.We should thoroughly understand and grasp the essence of social work and build a theoretical foundation for social protection by embedding local contexts and constructing localized social work theories.
