提升应用型本科院校学生数控加工编程能力的教学初探

摘要 数控技术专业课程是高等工科院校机械类专业的重要专业课程,其中加工零件的程序设计与编程能力是教学与实践环节中的关键内容。目前,数控技术教学过程中,因学生思路僵化且专业基础不牢,以及存在对数控编程的畏难情绪,导致学生难以灵活运用指令,无法形成数控加工程序的整体编程思路。基于上述教学问题,可通过夯实专业基础和运用案例教学方法,促进学生重新搭建学习支助体系,帮助教师优化教学评价体系,最终提升数控加工编程的教学效果。 The digital control technology is one of the important professional courses in college of engineering,of which the capability of program design is the key to both theoretical and practical steps.At present,there are some problems during the process of the instruction such as students'rigid thinking,unsubstantial base or lack of confidence so that parts of students can't use instructions flexible and entire conceptions to those digital control programs.As a result,we try to consolidate students'basic knowledges and utilize case teaching method in order to rebuild a learning support system to affiliate students,and associate teachers optimize the teaching evaluation system,which aims at update the whole quality of teaching.
