医学院校岗位锻炼辅导员胜任力影响因素与对策研究

As an important part of college part-time counselors,college teachers are an important force to strengthen and improve college students'ideological and political education in the new situation.It is an important problem that professional teachers need to find the way to do the work of student management effectively and improve their abilities.From the perspective of position competency,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of professional teachers in medical colleges in the position competence of counselors,and probes into the solutions and methods.
