摘要 感应线圈炮分同步和异步感应线圈炮两大类。异步感应线圈炮不存在需要开关动作与抛体精确同步的问题,具有更为广阔的应用前景。对异步感应线圈炮进行仿真研究,主要有数值仿真和有限元仿真两种方法。文章采用仿真软件Ansoft对一种低速小过载(出口速度≥20m/s,过载<100g)的异步感应线圈炮进行了有限元仿真分析,分析结果满足设计要求,对异步感应线圈炮的设计优化及后期试验具有一定的指导意义。 Induction coilgun is divided into two categories:synchronous and asynchronous induction coilguns.The asynchronous induction coilgun does not have the problem of precise synchronization between the switching action and the projectile,so it has a wider application prospect.There are two methods to simulate asynchronous induction coilgun:numerical simulation and finite element simulation.In this paper,the finite element simulation analysis of an asynchronous induction coilgun with low speed and small overload(exit velocity≥20m/s,overload<100g)is carried out using the simulation software Ansoft,and the analysis results meet the design requirements.It has certain guiding significance for the design optimization and later stage test of asynchronous induction coilgun.
