哈尔滨市松北区2004～2016年土地利用时空变化分析

哈尔滨市松北区在哈尔滨市的自然和经济资源中占有重要的地位,其土地利用变化情况关系到市区整体的可持续发展能力,过往的土地利用情况能够有效揭示人与自然和谐发展问题。采用遥感影像作为数据源,通过监督分类得到松北区2004年、2010年和2016年植被、水域、未利用地、建设用地等土地利用类型图及属性信息。结果显示:松北区近十年来植被覆盖面积不断减少;水域面积有所波动;未利用地不断减少;建设用地不断增加,主要集中在松花江北岸地区。建设用地迅速增长的原因一方面是经济的快速发展,另一方面则是人口和人均用地的快速增长。

Songbei District of Harbin City occupies an important position in the natural and economic resources of Harbin City,and its land use change is related to the sustainable development ability of the whole urban area.The situation of land use in the past can effectively reveal the harmonious development between man and nature.Using remote sensing images as the data source,land use type maps and attribute information of vegetation,water area,unused land and construction land in Songbei District in 2004,2010 and 2016 were obtained by supervised classification.The results show that the area covered by vegetation is decreasing;the area of water area is fluctuating;the unused land is decreasing;and the land for construction is increasing,mainly in the north bank of Songhua River.One reason for the rapid growth of construction land on the one hand is the rapid development of the economy,while the other hand is the rapid growth of population and land per capita.
