汽车急加速起步跑偏故障分析

摘要 目前汽车行业内对急加速起步跑偏故障的分析、研究很少,且相关测试标准空白。文章对该跑偏故障进行了理论分析,并提出了相关的试验测试方法,通过试验证明了,在急加速起步跑偏过程中,由于左右驱动轴长度不相等,左右侧半轴倾角不一致,确实存在扭矩转向效应。并按照单一变量法原则进行排查测试,发现平衡左右轮荷、等刚度驱动轴、等刚度等角度驱动轴等方案,能够不同程度的优化改善急加速起步跑偏故障,为今后解决类似故障提供了有效参考。 At present,the analysis and research on the fault of rapid acceleration start deviation in the automobile industry are very few,and the related test standards are blank.In this paper,the fault of running deviation is analyzed theoretically,and the relevant testing method is put forward.It is proved by the test that,in the course of running deviation at the start of rapid acceleration,since the length of the left and right driving shafts is not equal,the inclination angle of the left and right hemispheres is not the same.There is a torque steering effect.According to the principle of single variable method,it is found that the schemes of balancing left and right wheel load,equal stiffness drive shaft and equal stiffness angle drive shaft can optimize and improve the fault of rapid acceleration start deviation in varying degrees,which provides an effective reference for solving similar problems in the future.
