快速成型模具代替泵轮传统木模制作工艺的研究

摘要 传统上核泵叶轮的制造大部分都采用木模铸造的方式,但往往由于木模结构复杂且适应性较差影响叶轮制造精度。文章提出一种用快速成型模具代替泵轮传统木模制作的方法,根据核泵叶轮的结构形式及项目所要求的指标,首先选择一个核泵叶轮,进行三维实体造型,并分析叶轮结构;然后设计模具结构,根据叶轮形状设计模具拆分方式,利用三维软件进行仿真模拟,避免模具结构不合理;找出最优方案之后,利用激光快速成型机,将PSB粉烧结成型;最后用配比好的树脂进行涂刷并固化,最后得到可供铸造使用的树脂模具。 Traditionally,the manufacture of nuclear pump impeller mostly uses wood mold casting,but the complex structure and poor adaptability of wood mold often affect the manufacturing accuracy of impeller.In this paper,a method of using rapid prototyping mould to replace the traditional wooden mould of pump wheel is presented.According to the structure form of the impeller of nuclear pump and the index required by the project,a three-dimensional solid model of the impeller of nuclear pump is selected at first,and the structure of impeller is analyzed.Then,we design the mold structure.According to the impeller shape design mold splittingmethod,we use three-dimensional software simulation,to avoid unreasonable mold structure.We find out the optimal scheme,use laser rapid prototyping machine and finish PSB powder sintering molding.Finally,the resin mold which can be used for casting is obtained by painting and curing with the resin with good proportion.
